Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Venture, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Venture is developed by Jabar Studios.

About Venture
Venture is an iOS application designed to present you with a small set of real-world paths, help you choose one, and privately archive the experience with a written reflection and image evidence.

Venture is provided for personal inspiration only. It is not a medical, fitness, safety, travel, financial, therapy, or professional advice service.

Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices, safety, judgement, conduct, costs, permissions, travel, physical activity, social interactions, and compliance with local laws when using Venture.

You should not attempt any path if it feels unsafe, unlawful, unaffordable, inappropriate, unrealistic, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Some paths may involve public places, outdoor activity, physical effort, social interaction, third-party venues, paid activities, transport, weather conditions, or unfamiliar environments. You are responsible for deciding whether a path is appropriate and safe for you before attempting it.

Respect for Others
When completing any venture, you must act respectfully, lawfully, and safely.

Do not harass, pressure, follow, record, photograph, disturb, or approach anyone in a way that could make them uncomfortable or unsafe. You must respect personal boundaries, venue rules, private property, and local laws at all times.

User Content
Venture allows you to create and store private content, including written reflections and image evidence.

You are responsible for the content you create, capture, select, or store in the app. You must not use Venture to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

You must only capture or select images that you have the right to use and that do not violate another person’s privacy, rights, or safety.

Private Archive and iCloud
Venture may store your completed ventures, reflections, dates, and image evidence locally on your device and, where enabled, through Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services.

Jabar Studios does not operate an external archive server for your Venture content and cannot recover data deleted from your device or iCloud account.

You are responsible for managing your device, Apple ID, iCloud settings, storage, backups, and app data.

Purchases and Premium Access
Venture may offer premium features, subscriptions, lifetime access, or other paid options. Venture Pro unlocks access to all daily path choices, including Path I, Path II, and Path III. Completed archive entries remain readable to the user regardless of Venture Pro status. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Jabar Studios does not process payment card details directly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Refunds, billing issues, and purchase disputes are handled under Apple’s App Store policies.

Venture may include links to Jabar Studios websites, social media pages, App Store pages, or third-party platforms.

External websites and platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Jabar Studios is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, availability, content, or actions.

Intellectual Property
Venture, including its design, code, interface, path structure, written content, branding, visual style, and app experience, is owned by Jabar Studios or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from Venture without written permission from Jabar Studios, except where permitted by law.

App Availability and Changes
Jabar Studios may update, modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of Venture at any time, including paths, features, design, pricing, premium access, or app functionality.

We aim to maintain a high-quality experience, but we do not guarantee that Venture will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, iCloud configuration, or App Store environment.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Venture is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The paths and prompts in Venture are provided for personal inspiration only. Jabar Studios does not guarantee any particular result, benefit, achievement, experience, safety, suitability, or personal transformation from using the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabar Studios shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost, claim, accident, delay, emotional distress, data loss, third-party issue, or other consequence arising from your use of Venture or your decision to attempt, complete, abandon, delay, or interpret any path.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms 
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app, Apple platform requirements, legal obligations, pricing, features, or Jabar Studios services.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of these terms will be revised. Continued use of Venture after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
