Use of the App
Memento is a personal time-awareness tool intended for informational and personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission from Jabar Studios Ltd.
Purchases
Memento offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all themes. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Jabar Studios Ltd does not collect or store your payment details. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
Purchase Verification
Memento uses Apple's native systems to verify your purchase status. This process is handled on your device. Jabar Studios Ltd does not receive or store your payment information.
Accuracy and Liability
Memento is provided on an as-is basis. Astronomical data including sunrise, sunset, moon phase, and seasonal transitions are calculated for informational purposes only. Jabar Studios Ltd accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken based on information displayed in the app. Memento should not be used for safety-critical, navigational, or precise timing purposes.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and content within Memento are the intellectual property of Jabar Studios Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this document will reflect the latest version. Continued use of Memento after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
