By downloading or using Hayya, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App:
Hayya is a personal prayer-time and Qibla direction tool intended for informational and personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission from Jabar Studios Ltd.
Prayer Times and Qibla Direction:
Hayya calculates prayer times and Qibla direction using your device location, selected calculation method, selected Asr method, and the app’s prayer-time calculation logic.
Prayer times may differ from local mosque timetables, Islamic centres, official religious authorities, or community prayer schedules. These differences may occur because different organisations use different calculation methods, adjustments, juristic settings, timetable conventions, or local observation practices.
Hayya is provided as a personal reference tool. You are responsible for choosing the calculation settings that best match your local practice, mosque, or authority.
Purchases:
Hayya offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all premium themes. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Jabar Studios Ltd does not collect or store your payment details. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account. Refunds are subject to Apple’s standard refund process and policies.
Purchase Verification:
Hayya uses Apple’s native systems to verify your purchase status. This process is handled through Apple’s App Store systems and your device. Jabar Studios Ltd does not receive or store your payment information.
Accuracy and Liability:
Hayya is provided on an as-is basis. Prayer times, countdowns, Qibla direction, and related information are calculated for informational and personal use only.
Jabar Studios Ltd accepts no liability for decisions, missed prayers, timing differences, timetable discrepancies, travel decisions, religious practice decisions, or any other actions taken based on information displayed in the app.
Hayya should not be used as the sole source for legal, religious, safety-critical, navigational, emergency, or precise timing purposes. Where accuracy is important, you should confirm times and direction with your local mosque, religious authority, or trusted local timetable.
Notifications:
Hayya may allow you to enable local prayer-time notifications. Notifications are scheduled using Apple’s local notification system and depend on your device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, time zone settings, battery state, and iOS delivery behaviour.
Jabar Studios Ltd cannot guarantee that notifications will always be delivered at the exact scheduled moment. You remain responsible for checking prayer times independently where needed.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, code, content, branding, and materials within Hayya are the intellectual property of Jabar Studios Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without written permission.
Changes to the App:
We may update, change, suspend, or remove features in Hayya from time to time. We may also adjust supported calculation methods, design options, widgets, notification behaviour, and premium theme availability as the app develops.
Changes to These Terms:
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this document will reflect the latest version. Continued use of Hayya after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
